From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond: not only did they provide a wheelchair right away, but one of the team members, Xiao Wang, personally carried our bags, pushed me through the lobby, and escorted us straight to our room. His kindness touched us deeply. The manager, Xiao Fu, along with front desk staff Xiao Hu and Xiao Yu, were consistently warm, attentive, and proactive in meeting every need. Their genuine hospitality made all the difference during an already difficult time.
