Across the street is the Royal Orchid Free Shop, so daily errands or sightseeing easily form a nice loop. Check-in was smooth and welcoming—guests are offered a refreshing drink and towel while waiting comfortably. The front desk staff were courteous, warm, and genuinely friendly, making me feel like I was staying at a luxury hotel rather than a mid-range property.
