On my final day, I was rushing to catch my flight during peak traffic, couldn’t get a ride anywhere, and even Grab took over 20 minutes to arrive. With airport transit time adding another 40+ minutes, I knew I’d miss my flight. But the team quickly stepped in—two of the staff members grabbed their motorcycles, one drove me while the other carried my luggage. They got me to the airport in under 15 minutes. I’m so grateful—I would’ve definitely missed my flight without them. This level of care and initiative makes this hotel unforgettable. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next trip to Chiang Mai.
