Staying at W Xi'an was an absolutely unforgettable experience! Check-in was smooth and efficient, with the front desk staff warmly sharing the hotel’s unique blend of Tang Dynasty heritage and modern luxury design. The room itself was stunning—the smart lighting system responded effortlessly to every mood, and the Dyson hairdryer felt like a luxury upgrade. Our suite offered generous space and a private balcony overlooking Qujiang Pool, where morning views of the serene water garden were simply breathtaking. Every detail—from the sleek furnishings to the tech-forward amenities—felt intentional and exceptional. This isn’t just a place to stay; it’s a destination in itself. I’ll definitely be back.

Formerly part of a well-known international chain, the hotel maintains the same high standard in quality and cleanliness—yet the price is refreshingly affordable for a five-star experience. I was especially impressed by how thoughtful and responsive the staff were. When I called to confirm parking and request a late checkout, the front desk agent wasn’t sure about the policy, but immediately connected me with someone who provided clear, detailed answers. Even better, they allowed me to keep my car parked after check-out, which made a big difference when I returned from sightseeing later that day. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with nice amenities: soft towels, quality toiletries including Shu Ke mini toothpaste, good shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even a moisturizer—something you don’t always get at this price point. There’s also a 24-hour restaurant right across the street offering delicious, hygienic noodles—perfect for late-night cravings. While the TV might be slightly outdated, it’s not a dealbreaker, especially considering the overall value. Public transport access is excellent—just steps away from metro and bus stops, making it super easy to explore the city. If you’re looking for a reliable, no-frills, yet genuinely comfortable stay in Xi’an, this place delivers. Waya Hotel

We absolutely loved staying at Waya Hotel—this place is a gem! The location is unbeatable: right next to two metro lines. Line 3 from Xianning Road Station takes you straight to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Tang Paradise, while Line 6 gets you to Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter in no time. Even if we took a cab, it was always just a short ride away. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—when I came back late after a hair appointment, I casually asked if they had any makeup remover wipes, and they brought over individually packaged ones without hesitation. The room was spotless, clean, and so relaxing—after a full day of exploring, a hot shower completely recharged me for another day of sightseeing. Plus, the free laundry service was a huge plus for families. And when we checked out, they even gave our kids little gifts—such a thoughtful touch. This hotel truly stands out. We’ll definitely be booking here again on our next trip to Xi’an!

The moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a warm welcome and a cup of soothing ginger tea — such a thoughtful touch. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, ideal for unwinding after a long day. Rooms are spacious, clean, and fully equipped with high-quality amenities — from premium toiletries to comfortable bedding. Staff are attentive, polite, and always ready to help. Everything about this stay felt thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. If you're visiting Xi'an and want a relaxing, hassle-free base, this hotel is an excellent choice. Kun yi Time Hotel (Xi'an Xijing Hospital Tonghuamen Subway Station Branch)

Absolutely deserving of a perfect score! From the warm welcome with a cup of tea at the entrance to the meticulously designed room amenities, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond—every corner of the bathroom was spotless, even the tiniest crevices were cleaned with care. The breakfast coffee was freshly ground and incredibly flavorful, a real highlight. Staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly and attentive, making the entire stay feel personal and welcoming. Special shoutout to front desk staff Xiao Zhou—so warm, helpful, and genuinely thoughtful. Even when checking out, they gave a kind farewell gesture that left a lasting impression. The room itself was immaculate, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the overall value for money is outstanding. This was one of the best stays I’ve had in Xi’an, and I’ll definitely be returning—and recommending it to everyone I know.

Xi'an Noa NO.9 Hotel

Located just a 2-minute walk from Changle Park Metro Station (Exit B1), this hotel is super convenient for travelers. The NOVOTEL sign makes it easy to spot, and the overall atmosphere feels clean and welcoming. Inside the room, everything was spotless—the bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept really well through the night. Water pressure in the shower was strong, which made for a refreshing experience. One small downside: there’s no central overhead light in the room, so lighting can feel a bit dim when packing or unpacking, especially in the corners. Also, there’s no laundry machine on-site—though that’s common in China, so we managed by handwashing or heading out to a local laundry shop. The air conditioning also had some limitations—we couldn’t cool the room down as much as we’d like, but it wasn’t a major issue. What truly made the stay unforgettable? The breakfast. It was absolutely outstanding—endless fried eggs, fresh toast, a variety of salads, and plenty of hot dishes. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and served in generous portions. If you’re staying here, don’t miss the breakfast—it’s a must-try. Despite a few minor quirks, the overall experience was excellent, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi’an.

The room itself is clean and well-maintained, nothing fancy but perfectly comfortable for a good night's sleep. One nice touch: I was able to request a two-hour late check-out, which made my morning much more relaxed.
