The room itself was spacious—over 80 square meters—with smart layout, plush bedding, and panoramic views of the city skyline that made waking up a joy. Cleanliness was top-notch, with attention to even the smallest details, showing genuine care. Breakfast was a real highlight—plenty of options blending Western and local flavors. I especially loved the authentic rice noodle rolls and the creative salted egg yolk croissants—they were delicious and energizing for the day ahead. But what truly stood out was the service from Kiki at the front desk. From check-in onward, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. When I mentioned I preferred a quiet room with a great view, she proactively arranged it for me. Later, when I had questions about using the coffee machine, she responded instantly with clear, professional guidance. Cleanliness was generally excellent—nothing major to complain about, though there were a few minor details like the toothbrush placement that could’ve been tidier. Still, overall it felt very clean and well-maintained, which is important when traveling with kids. The hotel’s circular design creates a pleasant atmosphere, and the second floor has a convenient retail area plus an on-site restaurant. On the ground floor, you’ll find 7-Eleven, Starbucks, Nayuki, KFC, and even Tao Tao Ju—a real bonus for food lovers who don’t want to leave the building. Everything is within walking distance, and being near Zhujiang New Town makes getting around the city super easy via subway. Service stood out—when I asked to switch rooms, staff responded quickly and even upgraded me to a window-facing room on the outer side of the building because they noticed I had young kids, thinking the closed-window inner room might feel stuffy. However, after one night during a sudden drop in temperature, I found the open window let in too much cold air, so I requested to switch back to a sealed-window room. They accommodated me without hesitation. The only small downside was the awkward toothbrush spot—seems the previous guest left it in a tricky corner, and it wasn’t fully cleaned up. But honestly, this didn’t affect my experience much. Overall, great value, excellent location, and friendly staff—definitely recommend for travelers seeking convenience and comfort.
