She noticed we were traveling with a young child but didn’t have kids’ slippers, so she kindly asked and promptly brought some—such a small gesture, but incredibly appreciated. Even more impressive, she saw that we needed to keep an eye on the little one and proactively offered to join the two beds together, making it much easier for us to look after the child. No hassle, no delay—just genuine care. Throughout the entire stay, she remained warm, friendly, and smiling, making us feel like family. It’s rare to encounter such dedicated and heartfelt service, especially in a busy city hotel. This kind of employee deserves recognition—highly recommend the hotel to acknowledge her amazing effort!
