From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. Two team members immediately stepped forward to help carry baby strollers—such a thoughtful gesture that made our journey much smoother with little ones in tow. Special thanks to Yumi, who handled all our pre-arrival requests with care and professionalism. She patiently coordinated our room preferences and special notes, and her warm, attentive service made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. The hotel is very family-friendly: free cribs were provided, and there’s a small but well-equipped kids’ play area on the 8th floor. Our two young children had a blast playing there, giving us a chance to relax and enjoy some quiet time. It’s not massive, but perfect for little ones to burn off energy. Overall, the level of service, cleanliness, location, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. If we ever return to Guangzhou, this will be our first choice without hesitation.
