We booked a Deluxe Lake View Balcony King Room, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking—especially in the morning when the sunlight danced across the water. A special shoutout to our personal concierge, Aria, who went above and beyond with her warm, attentive service. Her thoughtfulness made a real difference. I also want to commend the team—particularly Nian Nian and Li Gaoxiang—for their friendly, professional hospitality. Their energy really added to the positive vibe of the stay. That said, a few small suggestions for future improvements: during colder months, it would be great if the lobby, corridors, and especially the kids’ indoor play area were equipped with heating for greater comfort.
