I highly recommend Hecheng Hotel in Urumqi! The location is incredibly convenient—just an 8-minute walk to Wangjialiang Metro Station, making it easy to explore the city. The surrounding area is packed with restaurants, shops, and local amenities, so everything you need is right at your doorstep. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-designed, with smart home features that made everything feel seamless and modern. The bedding was comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was—no noise from outside or neighboring units. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive, offering helpful tips about parking and breakfast. There’s a free parking lot with plenty of spaces, which is a big plus. The breakfast buffet was impressive—wide variety, including authentic local Uyghur dishes. Plus, there are laundry facilities and EV charging stations available, which adds great value. Everything about this stay felt thoughtfully designed. If I’m ever back in Urumqi, this will be my first choice again.

This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations! The value for money is outstanding, and the overall experience was absolutely incredible. From the moment I arrived, the unique cultural theme and thoughtful decor captivated me—exactly the kind of atmosphere I love. The rooms are immaculate, well-organized, and feature a smart wet/dry separation layout. The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles, and one of the gentlemen even kindly offered to carry my luggage while patiently explaining the surrounding area. What makes this place special is that it feels like a living museum—every corner is designed with history and artistry in mind. After dinner, I took a peaceful stroll past the horse stables, admired the ancient poplar trees, watched the fountain show, and even spotted swans gliding across the pond—pure relaxation. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, with a wide variety of options, plus there’s a free horseback riding performance every day that everyone enjoyed. It’s rare to find such attention to detail and genuine hospitality. This is hands-down a five-star experience. I’ll definitely recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

I stayed at this Intercity Hotel in Urumqi for a short business trip, and while it's technically a solid option for work travel, it’s not really suitable for leisure or those seeking a more relaxing experience. The hotel opened in 2024, and the design follows a clean, minimalist German-style aesthetic—simple but functional. There are no major flaws in build quality or layout, which is nice. However, small issues popped up quickly: out of three rooms booked, one had a TV constantly displaying Java errors, and another room’s scale had no power. It’s surprising that after just one year, these details aren’t fully sorted. Breakfast was decent for a Huazhu four-star property—better than average—but still feels underwhelming compared to other brands in the same tier. What stood out? No free coffee machine in the lobby, no tea service at all—something I’ve never seen in a mid-range chain before. The building is converted from an older structure, with 18 floors and nearly 30 rooms per floor, but only two elevators and a tiny common area. The space lacks privacy—no partitions, oversized tables, and zero ambiance whether you're working or trying to unwind. Service was basic and responsive when needed, but the parking perks were confusing: free parking requires scanning a QR code filled with ads, and the hotel never proactively informed guests about it. After switching rooms, we were given a main card and an electric key initially, but the second room didn’t come with a new electric key—very inconvenient. Overall, this place works if you’re just passing through for business, but don’t expect comfort or thoughtful touches. Not worth recommending for families or longer stays.

My friend was undergoing surgery at a nearby hospital, so I booked this Mercure hotel for her. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive—when they learned about her medical procedure, they proactively asked if she needed any help. What touched me most was how the breakfast staff prepared a special bowl of soothing porridge just for her post-op needs. It was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and located in a convenient spot—easy to reach by metro from the hospital. The overall experience exceeded expectations. The care and attention to detail made a real difference during a stressful time. I truly appreciate the staff’s kindness and compassion. This isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place that feels like home. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area, especially those going through medical appointments.

Stayed at Universal Hotel Urumqi and was truly impressed from start to finish. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped with modern amenities—everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality; every interaction felt warm and genuine. Located right on the main city thoroughfare, it’s incredibly convenient for getting around. Just a short walk from the hotel, you’ll find bus stops and a metro station, making travel within the city a breeze. It’s also close to parks, hospitals, a science museum, and a lively food street—perfect for exploring without needing to go far. The airport is just a 20-minute drive away, which is super helpful if you're traveling. The buffet breakfast and dinner were outstanding—huge variety, excellent quality, and fresh ingredients across multiple cuisines. And let’s not forget the indoor pool! If you’re in the mood to relax or work out without leaving the hotel, this is the ideal spot. Overall, an exceptional experience that exceeded expectations. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel and plan to return soon.

My stay at Youyi Hotel (Urumqi High-speed Railway Wanda Shop) completely exceeded my expectations—this deserves a perfect 10/10! The location is unbeatable: just a 5-minute walk to the metro station, with shopping malls and convenience stores all around. Whether traveling for business or leisure, everything was so convenient. Check-in was smooth and friendly—the staff were professional, efficient, and went the extra mile by sharing local tips and breakfast hours. The room itself was spotless and fresh, with no lingering odors on the linens. The bathroom featured excellent dry-wet separation, and the toiletries were high-quality brands I trusted. What surprised me most was the soundproofing—even on a busy street-facing floor, there was zero noise from outside, allowing for a deep, peaceful night’s sleep. Even at checkout, the team kindly asked about my experience, which showed genuine care. From service to cleanliness and value for money, this hotel nails every aspect. If I ever return to Urumqi, I’ll definitely book here again.

I appreciated the free laundry access and the convenient location—just a short walk from local attractions and public transit. The lobby has a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere, and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, including both local and international favorites. My room was bright, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and I even used their computer for some quick work—very convenient. Overall, the service, comfort, and value for money are outstanding. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Urumqi and highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

A friend recommended this place and I’m so glad they did—my stay exceeded all expectations. I was in town for a short business trip, and since it was conveniently located near my office, I decided to book here. The hotel offers free parking, which was a huge plus. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I noticed a subtle, pleasant fragrance that instantly made me feel welcome. Although check-in was busy and the lobby was full of guests, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—they asked us to take a seat while they attended to others. When it was our turn, the agent was calm, patient, and explained every detail clearly with genuine care. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with everything I needed. Around midday, just before check-out, a staff member passed by and kindly asked if I needed a tote bag to carry my belongings—such a thoughtful touch! Even though the rate was slightly higher than other options I’d seen, the service quality made it totally worth it. They even gave me some great local food recommendations, and my friends and I went out for dinner that night—delicious and authentic. I especially want to highlight the amazing service from Kelmis at the front desk—her professionalism and kindness made the whole experience special. If you’re visiting Ürümqi, don’t miss this gem!

This stay exceeded all my expectations! The room was immaculate—spotless from top to bottom, with plush bedding that made for a truly restful night. Hot water came on instantly, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout the entire stay—perfect for streaming or working remotely. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Ma, were incredibly friendly and responsive; he even offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a lovely touch. Located just steps away from dining options and public transit, getting around the city was effortless. I especially loved sitting by the window in the evening, enjoying the vibrant city lights of Dehui Plaza across the street—truly a beautiful view. With its great value, cleanliness, and warm hospitality, this hotel is definitely a top pick for anyone visiting Urumqi. I’ll be back without hesitation!

My stay at Elai Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The front desk staff, especially Guo Guo, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Even the security guard went above and beyond by offering to help carry my luggage—it’s these little personal touches that make a big difference. Location-wise, it’s super convenient: right next to the metro station, with countless dining options just steps away. I ordered food delivery multiple times, and it arrived promptly at my door—no hassle at all. Everything from service to amenities was top-notch. This place truly delivers on every level.
