I was originally booked into a room type that wasn’t available yet, but the team kindly upgraded me to a Premium Suite—huge upgrade in space, view, and design. Everything felt thoughtfully curated. I ordered fresh fruit platters after my concert, and they arrived at my door in no time. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the service throughout was top-notch. Even at check-out, they handed me a lovely souvenir—a large record-shaped biscuit box that’s both cute and tasty. If there’s another concert in town, this will be my go-to hotel again.

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and consistent quality, while lunch was equally satisfying. Everything was smooth, convenient, and genuinely enjoyable. Located just a 15-minute walk from Longyang Road Metro Station, it’s super convenient to get around—Longyang Square nearby offers a wide variety of dining options, from local street food to upscale restaurants. Getting to Lujiazui takes only about 30 minutes by metro, and the airport is easily reachable within an hour. We stayed with three people, and the room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate us all—no cramped feeling at all. The location, cleanliness, service, and value for money all score high. It's definitely a top pick for business or leisure travelers, and I’d happily stay here again.
