The room was spotlessly clean, and the fruit platter was fresh and thoughtfully arranged—definitely a nice touch. Walking into the lobby always feels like a pleasant surprise; the design and ambiance make a strong first impression. Location-wise, it's incredibly convenient—just steps from bus stops, making it easy to explore the city, and nearby metro access adds even more flexibility. Even though it’s not brand new, the overall value and hospitality make it a top choice for me. A great stay every time.

Water pressure was excellent, so showering was a breeze. I was really impressed with the soundproofing—the room stayed quiet even during late-night activities in the hallway. Special thanks to staff member Yue Jiacai for going the extra mile by arranging a fridge magnet as a little souvenir—such thoughtful touches really make a difference. The service robot delivered items quickly and efficiently, adding a modern, tech-savvy vibe to the stay. Located near People's Park, it’s super convenient for exploring downtown Urumqi via metro. Excellent value, great location, and top-notch hospitality. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to come back soon!

I've stayed at this established five-star hotel multiple times, and it consistently delivers excellent cleanliness and warm, attentive service—always makes me feel welcome. Though the building is a bit old, it's well-maintained with a classic charm that still feels luxurious. That said, I do have two small suggestions: First, the phone in the bathroom doesn’t display the front desk number or clearly label 'Front Desk'—if someone needs help urgently, they might waste precious time trying to find the right number. Adding a simple label would make a big difference in emergencies. Second, I forgot my phone charger, so I asked the front desk for one. They were incredibly helpful—first brought a standard charger (a bit slow), but when I asked for a fast charger, they had one ready almost immediately. That quick response truly stood out and showed real dedication to guest comfort. While no place is perfect, what matters is how a hotel responds to feedback. This one clearly listens and acts. Even with minor imperfections, the overall experience is outstanding. I’d definitely recommend it—and give it five stars without hesitation. It was a confusing and tense situation, but the hotel staff—especially Zero Moon—stepped in immediately. She accompanied me to the police station where, after investigation, it was confirmed the issue was caused by the driver’s own key getting stuck in the track. The hotel didn’t just help with the incident—they offered a fresh fruit platter and even arranged a late checkout, showing genuine care. Every aspect of the stay exceeded expectations: impeccable cleanliness, excellent facilities, peaceful surroundings, and top-tier service. The late-night porridge delivery was a sweet surprise that truly warmed my heart. This is more than a hotel—it’s hospitality with soul. I’ll absolutely be returning and recommending this gem to everyone.

Soundproofing is excellent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms, which made for a peaceful night’s sleep. I arrived midday yesterday with a foot injury and was struggling to get around, but the staff at Crystal Orange Hotel went above and beyond. They immediately provided a wheelchair and even upgraded my room without hesitation—plus included a complimentary breakfast. I especially want to thank the front desk agent with glasses and the two staff members nicknamed Xiao Ku—they were incredibly helpful, pushing me in and out of the building, even through the icy cold corridors. In this freezing weather, their kindness truly warmed my heart. It’s rare to find such genuine care, especially when you’re not feeling well.
