St. Residences Novena is a fantastic choice if you're looking for convenience and quiet comfort in Singapore. The room was surprisingly peaceful, even with the main road just outside the window—traffic is minimal, so no noise disturbance at all. Being just a 10-minute walk from the MRT station and only about 700–800 meters from a major shopping complex makes daily travel effortless. The free parking is a huge plus, especially if you're arriving by car. Plus, the building faces Jian Kang City, so dining and shopping are literally right across the street. Everything you need is within easy reach, and the location offers great value without compromising on peace and comfort. Highly recommend this stay for both business and leisure travelers.

While not directly across from the MRT station, it’s only a 10-minute walk away—very convenient for getting around the city. What stood out most was the friendly staff who speak fluent Chinese, making communication seamless and welcoming. I accidentally left my water bottle at the front desk, and they kindly reminded me to pick it up—such thoughtful service! After a full day of exploring, returning to a clean and tidy room was a real comfort. They also provide complimentary toiletries, two bottles of mineral water, and two packets of coffee—simple but appreciated touches. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, a comfortable atmosphere, and genuine hospitality. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to fellow travelers.

The proximity to Chinatown Complex and the iconic Buddha Tooth Relic Temple is amazing, with a quick 3-minute stroll from the front door. Even though the room is compact, it’s well-designed with all essentials: a comfortable bed, strong air conditioning that keeps the space cool around the clock, and smart use of space. Ideal for travelers on the move who value convenience and affordability. The price is incredibly fair for what you get—especially considering the prime location. While it may not have the luxury feel of some other hotels in nearby Johor Bahru, this place delivers exceptional value for money. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Singapore.
