The overall experience was excellent! The hotel’s location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the MRT station, with a 7-Eleven right across the street and shopping malls and local markets all within walking distance. It made daily life so convenient. The room was cleaned every day, and it stayed spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. I especially appreciated the pre-check-in option—it allowed us to breeze through check-in late at night without any hassle. The only minor hiccup was that I initially thought the lobby was on the ground floor, but it's actually on the third floor, so I had to call reception for clarification. Not a big deal though. I didn’t take photos inside the room, but the view from the window was absolutely stunning—great cityscape and plenty of natural light. For the price, this place offers amazing value. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore.

Still, given the prime location, attentive service, and the overall comfort, it felt worth it. The team went above and beyond, from warm greetings to helping with luggage. Despite the higher rate, I’d definitely stay here again if visiting Singapore, especially for convenience and reliability.
