Staying at SilkTree Hotel in Kunming was an absolute delight from start to finish. Staff went above and beyond: friendly, professional, and always ready to help. From front desk to housekeeping and dining staff, everyone showed genuine warmth and attentiveness. Breakfast was a highlight—great mix of Western and Chinese options, presented beautifully and tasting even better. I especially loved the Hometown Rice Noodle soup—it was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced.
