My stay at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the airport, railway station, and bus stand, making travel in Agra super convenient. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all essential amenities: reliable AC, consistent hot water, fast Wi-Fi, and secure parking. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make my visit comfortable. Housekeeping was done daily, which added to the overall cleanliness and comfort. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear this place values guest satisfaction. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if I ever return to Agra.

It’s rare to find such comfort and value in a budget-friendly stay. With a 10/10 rating, this place deserves every bit of praise. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever visit Agra again.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this property. The price quoted during booking was ₹1200, but upon check-in, I was suddenly told it was ₹1298—despite having already paid the deposit earlier that same day. When I went to my room and found no hot water, the staff blamed it on my late check-in at 11:45 PM, claiming all the good rooms were taken. But I’d already secured my booking with a deposit—so why wasn’t I given a decent room? To make matters worse, the hotel’s name seems inconsistent: listed as Fabhotel Amman on the platform, yet Google Street View shows it as Hotel Crystal Retreat. This lack of transparency made me feel like they’re just trying to scrape by without any real effort to serve tourists properly. In a city as iconic as Agra—home to one of the world’s wonders—how can such basic standards be acceptable? It’s hard to understand how a hotel could open without even wanting to operate it right.

I wish I had stayed longer so I could have tried the delicious home-cooked meals prepared by his wife—definitely a must-try on my next visit! Special shoutout to Arun and Himanshu—they were absolutely amazing, always helpful and friendly. Sanjeev also went above and beyond to assist us. The whole team made us feel welcome and well taken care of. From comfort to hospitality, everything was top-notch. If you're visiting Agra, this hotel is definitely a strong choice.
