I booked the deluxe room, and it exceeded expectations—spacious, well-furnished, and fully equipped. The hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly, making the stay comfortable even during warmer hours. Even though the room faces the street, closing the windows kept noise minimal after midnight, so sleep wasn’t disturbed. The front desk is located on the fifth floor, requiring a short elevator ride, but staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast leaned slightly toward Western style, but the quality of ingredients and presentation were excellent. Staff were courteous and warm throughout the morning, and I appreciated the complimentary member treats—like the pork siu mai pastry, which was deliciously flaky and flavorful. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. This was a memorable stay, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. A solid five-star experience from start to finish.
