The rooms were spacious and each had a massive 75-inch TV, making it feel like a luxury retreat. Though the villa is designed for six adults, the hotel happily accommodated an extra guest with additional charges that included towels, blankets, and breakfast—great value! The breakfast was served right in our villa, and the food was fantastic: two main courses per person plus a beverage. While not halal-certified, there were plenty of delicious options to choose from. What truly stood out was the service—every request I sent via WhatsApp was answered promptly and with genuine care. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, turning what could’ve been a simple vacation into a memorable experience. If you're looking for comfort, privacy, and top-tier hospitality in Hatyai, this resort is a must-visit. Highly recommended!
