The fitness center is immaculate, with well-maintained equipment, and the indoor pool offers consistent temperature and humidity—ideal for a relaxing swim without the crowds. The front desk staff, Sawyer, was exceptionally friendly and professional, offering thoughtful travel tips that made our trip much smoother. From the location to the service, every detail was outstanding. This stay exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be back.

Four Points by Sheraton Suzhou, Wuzhong

The hotel overall is excellent—comfortable rooms, great amenities, and friendly staff. While it’s a bit of a walk from the nearest subway station, it’s manageable and not a major issue. Breakfast was decent with a variety of options, but the coffee and tea were disappointing. The coffee was extremely weak—by far the weakest I’ve had in any hotel stay. The black tea tasted more like colored water than actual tea, and there were no fresh tea bags available for brewing. It really brought down the experience, especially since other aspects of the stay were so positive. That said, the room comfort, cleanliness, and service all exceeded expectations. Definitely worth staying again if they can upgrade the beverage offerings.
