The hotel is on the fifth floor, and my room had excellent natural light and a very clean, well-maintained feel. Facing a quiet residential area, the room was peaceful and perfect for someone who values good sleep quality. The cleanliness and attention to detail stood out, making the stay truly comfortable. With great location, a relaxing atmosphere, and a surprisingly warm touch, this place exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m in Chengdu — highly recommend!

There were just two minor hiccups: the hand soap in the bathroom ran out during our stay, and I initially couldn’t figure out how to fully close the shower door (it’s actually possible, but not obvious), so I hesitated to use it—would be great if a quick instruction sticker could be added near the glass. Still, these were small issues that didn’t detract from the overall experience. And then there’s the front desk staff—the lady who checked us in was incredibly kind and attentive. She went above and beyond to help with any questions, always with a warm smile and genuine care. It felt less like checking into a hotel and more like arriving at a friendly home away from home. Check-in was quick, smooth, and professional, and they even proactively shared details about the laundry service and breakfast hours—such a thoughtful touch. Later in the evening, I had a small issue upon returning to the hotel, and reaching out for help was the best decision. They responded instantly with genuine care and enthusiasm, never once showing frustration. Their dedication made the entire trip feel more relaxed and enjoyable. The hotel itself is quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located near public transit. It’s clear that guest comfort is a top priority here. This was my first stay at Chengdu Tianfu Plaza Haoiar Hotel, and it completely changed my perception of the city for the better. Breakfast was outstanding — abundant, fresh, and included handmade wontons and authentic bean curd pudding. The bathroom was well-maintained with perfect water temperature and strong shower pressure. But honestly, what stood out most was the bed — incredibly comfortable, with plush pillows that made for a restful night’s sleep. I actually considered buying the same set! Plus, the room had zero unpleasant odors upon entry — just clean, fresh air. Overall, an exceptional experience with great value and attention to detail. Staff were exceptional—front desk team members Xiao Fu and Qin Qin were warm, attentive, and professional, and the restaurant staff were equally friendly and helpful. Every interaction felt personal and genuine. This place offers such a special blend of elegance, comfort, and cultural charm. I’d definitely come back to this hotel on my next trip to Chengdu.

Public transport access is seamless, and getting around the city couldn’t be easier. Parking was convenient, and even better—our food delivery was brought straight to our room without any hassle.
