It’s definitely something that should be addressed to avoid mix-ups in the future. The front desk staff were generally friendly and helpful. One young team member, still new to the job, wasn’t quite as experienced but showed great willingness to assist and learn. His attitude was excellent, and he made an effort to support guests despite his limited experience. Overall, a solid stay with a few small hiccups—but nothing that took away from the positive experience. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Nanjing.

There's also a community service center and an underground market where you can grab steaming hot youtiao and zongzi in the morning. For dinner, I tried Hu Bian Li, and the flavors were outstanding.
