Free sun loungers and umbrellas are available right there, and with a simple button press on the umbrella, a staff member arrives to take your order for food and drinks—so convenient! Portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. While there is a small pool, we barely used it because the sea was literally right outside our door. It’s only about 10 minutes from the airport, so you might hear planes overhead—but honestly, it didn’t bother us at all. We rented a car and scooter twice to explore the island, and choosing Kamari was one of our best decisions. Oia and Fira are stunning, but they’re also extremely crowded—especially with big cruise ships—and way more expensive. Overall, we had an unforgettable experience and highly recommend this gem of a hotel.
