On our first morning, due to an extremely early flight, she arrived early just to help us check in and get settled—so thoughtful! Every morning, she personally delivered a charming little basket filled with fresh breakfast items right to our door, which made each day feel special. The breakfast itself was delicious and well-balanced, with great variety. Location-wise, it’s only about a 20-minute walk to the main Fira bus stop, making it easy to explore other villages. The nearest grocery store is just a 10-minute stroll away—very convenient for self-catering. With its unique cave-style accommodations, incredible attention to detail, and unbeatable hospitality, this place truly stands out. I’d happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

We stayed at Stelios Place for our final two days of vacation after touring the Cyclades. The property is brand new, just a short walk from the sea, impeccably maintained, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with all the essentials for a family getaway. Our triple room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with every modern convenience we could ask for. One feature that isn’t advertised enough—though we found it incredibly valuable—is the shared kitchen, which comes with everything you need to prepare meals on-site. It’s a game-changer, especially when traveling with kids or trying to save on dining costs. The only minor downside? The location. Perissa isn’t the most picturesque part of Santorini, but it’s an excellent base for exploring the entire island. Plus, accommodation here is nearly half the price of more famous areas. For travelers looking for value, convenience, and a relaxed vibe, this place delivers. The booking process through the platform was smooth, and we couldn’t have asked for a better end to our trip.
Mantilida Villa
We booked Mantilida Villa for a week-long family getaway to Santorini, hoping for a peaceful and memorable vacation. Unfortunately, our experience was far from ideal—so bad that we had to leave after just three nights. The villa’s exterior and layout were visually appealing, and the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, but an overwhelming mosquito infestation quickly ruined the stay. The bugs seemed to come from inside the property, particularly under the kitchen sink cabinets, and despite our efforts to manage them, they kept biting us throughout the night. Our two children suffered hundreds of bites, with our youngest developing severe reactions that required a visit to the emergency room. It was terrifying and completely unacceptable for a family with young kids. What made it worse was the management's lack of response—they offered no solutions, showed no concern, and left us struggling alone with distressed children. While the villa has charm and good potential, the absence of basic maintenance and accountability turned what should’ve been a dream holiday into a nightmare. I strongly advise against staying here, especially if you're traveling with children. We couldn’t stay any longer and would never recommend this property to others.
