From the moment we arrived on the mountain, every detail was thoughtfully handled—from the driver who welcomed us with a smile, to the restaurant supervisor and service staff who went above and beyond. Even the housekeeping team showed genuine care throughout our stay. One standout moment was seeing Mr. Liu personally leading training sessions or meetings at the parking area; it’s clear his team is well-trained and genuinely passionate about hospitality. And of course, the famous Baiyun Pork Trotters lived up to their reputation—we ordered them multiple times! The peaceful atmosphere, attentive staff, and authentic local flavors made this trip unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-organized escape with exceptional service.

The Vienna International Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun Meeting Center) is absolutely excellent! The entire place is spotlessly clean, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping team was equally kind and attentive—great service throughout. The hotel is spacious with a large parking area, making it super convenient for drivers. It’s also easy to find, which is a big plus. One small note: I came here to attend a concert at a nearby livehouse. At first glance, it looked just across the street, but it turns out that road is a closed-off elevated highway entrance, so you have to walk around—about 500 meters, or roughly a kilometer total. It’s definitely tiring if you're not in the mood for a long walk, especially after a show. That said, the hotel itself has zero downsides. The breakfast was fantastic—huge variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious flavors. Everything about this stay was top-notch. Highly recommend for both convenience and comfort. Will definitely come back!
