With demand at an all-time high, available rooms are now 5 to 6 times more expensive than when I originally booked. As a family with young children, we were left scrambling for last-minute accommodations and ended up completely disrupting our trip. The lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable—this experience seriously damaged our travel plans and left us feeling very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.
