The next day’s airport transfer was excellent too; driver Andy was friendly, courteous, and helped carry my luggage without being asked. We had a pleasant chat throughout the ride. A few suggestions for improvement: the afternoon tea selection was limited, and the fruit—especially the watermelon—wasn’t very fresh. Dinner options were also quite narrow. The room stayed chilly despite running the heater all night—temperature barely reached 15°C, so adding a heating option would be helpful. Also, breakfast was missing some items, and they weren’t replenished promptly. That said, the overall experience was still positive. The staff responded quickly to feedback, and the views from the room were stunning—especially sunrise in the morning. One small disappointment: no capsule or instant coffee available, which is common even in budget hotels. Adding that would make the stay much more convenient for guests who rely on coffee.

From check-in to the elevator, staff warmly greeted us and helped carry our luggage with genuine kindness. The room, while windowless, was immaculately clean, fully stocked with quality amenities, and there were no hidden fees—just pure value. On our second morning, when we returned, we noticed the housekeeping team had seen our toothbrush left on the table. They quietly brought a disposable cup and left a sweet handwritten note—such a small gesture, but it genuinely touched me.
