The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the metro station, and you’re literally one minute away from the historic Pingjiang Road, where the charm of old Suzhou comes alive. The hotel itself has such a refined atmosphere—so elegant and full of character, making it easy to capture beautiful photos right on the premises. The service stands out too—the front desk staff checked us in quickly and efficiently, and Guo Jing was especially warm and attentive. Pure joy! The room itself was immaculate, spotless from top to bottom, with thoughtful touches everywhere. It felt like home but elevated—super comfortable and well-maintained. And the breakfast? Amazing variety and quality. I looked forward to every morning meal, especially the local favorites that tasted just right. This is hands-down one of the best stays I’ve had in China. Already recommended it to friends and family. If I’m back in Suzhou, this will be my go-to choice. 10/10 would book again!

That small gesture made such a difference. The front desk team was equally welcoming, especially during a special holiday when they arranged for our rooms to be on the same floor—so convenient for family travel. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. My only suggestion would be to add non-slip mats in the shower area and consider heating the tiles slightly, as walking barefoot can feel slippery. But honestly, these are minor points.
