The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the metro station, and you’re literally one minute away from the historic Pingjiang Road, where the charm of old Suzhou comes alive. The hotel itself has such a refined atmosphere—so elegant and full of character, making it easy to capture beautiful photos right on the premises. Every staff member we met was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They even surprised us with breakfast vouchers for our child—a thoughtful touch that made the stay extra special. At check-out, the front desk agent, Ms. Wang, went above and beyond by asking if we were satisfied and handed us a small gift as a farewell token. It felt so personal and heartfelt. The facilities are modern and comprehensive—USB charging ports in the room, smart devices, a well-equipped laundry area, and a fully functional fitness center. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here. Cleanliness is outstanding: no dust in the corners, crisp and fresh bedding with zero odors, and a perfectly separated bathroom that makes everything feel safe and hygienic. The service stands out too—the front desk staff checked us in quickly and efficiently, and Guo Jing was especially warm and attentive. On a chilly day, she even offered a hand warmer and hot water—such thoughtful touches really stood out. This place delivers incredible value, and I’ll definitely be back next time I visit Suzhou.

Location-wise, it’s perfect: close to great dining options, yet far enough from traffic congestion to keep things peaceful. Inside the room, all amenities were top-notch—fridge, washing machine, microwave—all clean and well-maintained (even though I didn’t use them, I did check them out, and they looked brand new). Everything felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back if I visit Suzhou again.

We were upgraded to a higher floor for free with zero wait time, and once we opened the window, the view of the Oriental Gate was absolutely stunning—perfect skyline framing, peaceful and picturesque. Pure joy! The room itself was immaculate, spotless from top to bottom, with thoughtful touches everywhere. It felt like home but elevated—super comfortable and well-maintained. And the breakfast? Amazing variety and quality. I looked forward to every morning meal, especially the local favorites that tasted just right. This is hands-down one of the best stays I’ve had in China. Already recommended it to friends and family. If I’m back in Suzhou, this will be my go-to choice. 10/10 would book again!
