Parking is complimentary and seamlessly connected to the mall’s system, which made arriving and leaving so hassle-free, especially for those driving. The overall atmosphere is quiet yet modern, with excellent facilities and a great sense of cleanliness. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was excellent, featuring authentic Wuhan street food and traditional dim sum that tasted delicious. The room was spotless, quiet, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the guaranteed late check-out until 3 PM, which gave me extra flexibility with my travel plans. Overall, an outstanding experience. The staff went above and beyond; I’ll never forget how service staff member Xiao Gong noticed us taking photos in the lobby and kindly stepped in to help capture our group shot. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom had no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was fresh and comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight—great variety with plenty of options to choose from. The only minor downside is that the twin room lacks natural light and feels a bit dim during the day, but honestly, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. For the price and convenience, this place offers excellent value. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Wuhan.
