The room is a bit dated, but the location is unbeatable—super convenient for getting around, especially with the Olympic Sports Center Metro Station just steps away. Everything you need is nearby: great dining options, convenience stores, and even Shengjing Grand Outlet right next door, making it easy to grab food or do some shopping without leaving the area. The room itself is spacious, perfect for families—the kids had plenty of room to play without feeling cramped. While the furnishings are on the older side, the value for money is excellent, and I’d definitely stay here again if visiting Shenyang. Great spot for a hassle-free trip!

Staying at Lavande Hotel in Shenyang's Zhongjie area was a great choice. The hotel is walking distance to Zhongjie shopping district and many nearby attractions—perfect for exploring on foot. Just note that parking isn’t allowed in the alley beside the hotel, as they issue tickets if you try. We ended up using the underground parking lot at the adjacent hospital, which was convenient enough despite the short walk back. Overall, the location is unbeatable, and the hotel’s proximity to everything makes it ideal for travelers who want to maximize their time sightseeing without worrying about transport. Highly recommend for a stress-free stay.

I stayed overnight at this property and although I didn’t get a chance to take photos of the room, I can confidently say the experience was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient: just a short walk from subway access, and there are several convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, making daily essentials easy to grab. Parking is available only in the designated parking lot—there are no street spots directly in front of the building, so parking on the street will result in a ticket. All amenities were fully functional: air conditioning, hot water, reliable Wi-Fi, and everything else you’d expect. With such cleanliness, comfort, and value for money, this place offers fantastic bang for your buck. I’ll definitely be staying here again when I return to Shenyang.
