Everything you need for dining and shopping is within easy reach. Plus, it's only about a 10-minute walk from Shenyang Railway Station, making travel in and out of the city incredibly convenient. I stayed on the 23rd floor—huge, spacious room with excellent views across the city. The 2-meter bed was super comfortable, and the bedding and bath amenities felt high-quality. There were complimentary mineral water, drinks, and small snacks—great little touches. The room was well-insulated and warmly heated, which was perfect during the cooler weather. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Breakfast was satisfying too—offering a variety of options like noodles, wontons, and pan-fried dumplings. Overall, this hotel delivers great value, comfort, and convenience. I’d definitely recommend it and would stay here again if I’m back in Shenyang.

Since it had been years since I last returned to China, I had many questions about local customs and logistics—and every single team member patiently answered them with kindness and zero hesitation. My child wanted a simple salad, but neither delivery options nor in-house meals were available. Instead, the front desk went above and beyond: they arranged fresh vegetables, utensils, and personally delivered everything to our room. They even explained why knives couldn’t be loaned out—but kindly offered to have the kitchen prep it (I declined, opting instead to use a $0.01 thin metal spoon I picked up from a nearby congee shop—it actually worked surprisingly well!). Housekeeping staff noticed we were hosting a guest in-room and proactively tidied up, added an extra chair, and made sure everything felt welcoming. On New Year’s Eve, I wanted to buy an Atour pillow as a gift. Staff member Jia Ning quickly coordinated inventory from another location and confirmed everything was ready by New Year’s morning. Even after check-out, when a package arrived, I reached out again—Jia Ning helped me collect it and store it safely in my luggage. I may not remember everyone’s name, but I’ll never forget the level of care and dedication shown throughout my stay. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a home away from home. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back.

Cleanliness was excellent; the bedding smelled fresh with no unpleasant odors, which made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The space was surprisingly spacious with two windows that opened to a peaceful view of a cornfield — quiet and refreshing. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the airport pickup service, which made my arrival smooth. There are plenty of dining options right outside the hotel, especially barbecue restaurants, so food choices aren’t an issue. However, I must warn: avoid the Northeast dumpling shop just to the right of the exit. We tried it and ended up with stomach issues — my colleague even developed a fever and had to go to bed sick after returning. The hygiene standards there were clearly poor. Other than that, this hotel offers great value for money, clean rooms, and a nice, calm atmosphere. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Shenyang.
