Water pressure in the bathroom is low, and hot water supply is inconsistent—often requiring long waits for a proper shower. While the location is a plus, the poor quality of amenities and service significantly reduces value for money. This is only suitable for a quick overnight stay if you're on a tight budget. My stay was extremely disappointing. The actual rooms looked nothing like the photos on the website—dusty, outdated, and poorly maintained. There was no hot water in the bathroom, faucets were leaking, towels were stained and dirty, and there was no working TV. The lack of basic upkeep made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. This property shouldn't be listed at all if the information is misleading. It's clear the photos don't reflect reality, and guests deserve better transparency. Please reconsider how properties are displayed to avoid false expectations.

While there are several hotels with 'Star' in the name nearby, which might be confusing at first, just follow Metro Road and turn left—Hotel Star Palace is right behind the corner. The staff were welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall value for money was excellent. I’d definitely recommend this place for travelers looking for a hassle-free stay in the city.
