This time, I stayed at this Holiday Inn Express branch in Kunming, which is a bit further from the city center, but honestly, it didn’t matter at all. The hotel’s facilities, the comfort of the bedding, and the overall service were all excellent—truly exceeded expectations. What stood out most was the two front desk staff members who were so warm and welcoming every time we passed by. It felt like seeing family members each day. Their genuine hospitality made the whole experience even more memorable. As always, IHG delivered a top-notch stay, and I’ll definitely choose them again on my next trip to Kunming.
