What stood out most was the two front desk staff members who were so warm and welcoming every time we passed by. It felt like seeing family members each day. Their genuine hospitality made the whole experience even more memorable. As always, IHG delivered a top-notch stay, and I’ll definitely choose them again on my next trip to Kunming. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The hotel’s overall ambiance is calm and welcoming, located just steps away from Kunming Railway Station and Wanda Plaza, making it super convenient for exploring the city. Breakfast can get busy in the morning, so splitting the dining area into two smaller sections would help reduce crowding. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations—great value, top-notch service, and a peaceful stay. We’ll definitely be returning.
