This property is absolutely fantastic—perfectly located just steps away from the Philippine Market and all the top attractions in town. The condo is clean, well-maintained, and offers great value for money. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed, from the spacious layout to the modern amenities. Staying at Polaris Suite was an absolute delight! The room looked exactly like the photos—clean, spacious, and well-designed. It comfortably accommodated up to 8 guests, making it perfect for family or group travel. We especially appreciated having a washing machine on-site—no need to worry about laundry during our trip. Located right at the start of Gaya Street, everything we wanted was just a short walk away: restaurants, local snacks, shops, and popular attractions were all within 5 to 10 minutes. Getting here from the airport took only 10 to 15 minutes by car—super convenient. The entire experience was seamless, and the value for money was outstanding. I’d definitely book again and recommend this place to anyone visiting Kota Kinabalu.

The owner was incredibly welcoming—checked me in as early as 6 a.m. with zero hassle, which was perfect after a long journey. I stayed for three nights and absolutely loved the view from the lounge area, where I could watch the sunset every evening. Unfortunately, it rained all three days, but that didn’t take away from the overall experience. The space capsule-style rooms are unique, cozy, and well-designed—really fun to stay in. The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is friendly, and the location is convenient. Despite the weather, I’d definitely come back. Great value, great vibe, and truly memorable.

The room was extremely comfortable and perfect for a family stay. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great local restaurants. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for our group. A few small upgrades would make it even better: a taller ironing board, pool-friendly slippers, and maybe a microwave in the room would be a nice touch. But honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. The staff were prompt and friendly, always ready to help whenever we needed something.
