The hotel was fully booked during New Year’s, but thanks to the front desk manager, Alina, we had a stress-free experience. She went above and beyond with her patience, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests. From the moment we arrived, she listened to our concerns—especially the anxiety of being unable to check in right away—and kept us informed every step of the way. Her ability to adapt quickly and reorganize resources made a huge difference in reducing wait times. It wasn’t just efficient service—it felt personal, thoughtful, and deeply human. She truly understood what it meant to put guests first. This level of hospitality is rare, and it left a lasting impression. I can’t recommend this stay enough—especially if you value kindness, professionalism, and real care from staff.
