We dined at the 11th-floor restaurant and ordered the 98 RMB family meal—perfectly portioned for our group of three adults and two kids. It was filling, delicious, and great value. Our family room had a window, allowing plenty of natural light, and felt spacious and well-maintained. Most importantly, the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming—they greeted us with smiles every time we passed by. This level of hospitality really made the stay feel special. Highly recommend this hotel for families or travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a homey vibe.

The next morning, as we checked out, she recognized us immediately and smiled warmly, asking how we slept. That small personal touch made us feel truly seen and valued. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and heartfelt service completely elevated our perception of the brand. She’s not just a great employee—she’s a true asset to the hotel. We’ve stayed at Blue Sea Wind before and had an excellent experience, so when we planned a trip to Xi’an with our parents, this was our top choice. We booked two nights in a Club Room on a higher floor—great views of the city skyline, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The Club Lounge served delicious food with a nice variety, especially the afternoon tea spread—well-prepared and thoughtfully presented. Special thanks to Xiao Ma and Bella, who were incredibly helpful from the start. They offered useful travel tips and guidance well before arrival, and their warm, attentive service continued throughout our stay. The hotel is just steps away from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city center without hassle. Our parents were particularly impressed by the room comfort and cleanliness—they said it felt like home. Overall, the quality of service, location, and amenities exceeded expectations. Public transport access is excellent, and everything you need—from local eateries to convenience stores—is within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and attentive service. When I accidentally forgot my towel, they promptly brought a replacement without any delay.
