When issues arose during our visit, the staff was completely unhelpful and unresponsive—no communication at all. We were promised a partial refund in writing, but after checking out, they refused to honor it without any explanation. This lack of integrity and customer service is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and respectful stay. Avoid it.
