The overall experience was good, and the room service was excellent. However, the spa is extremely overpriced, and the massage quality was terrible. I paid 100 euros for a luxury massage, but ended up receiving a very low-quality treatment. To make matters worse, they actually injured my ankle during the session—I'm still recovering two weeks later. For that price, there are definitely much better massage options out there. I won’t be returning to this spa under any circumstances.

The Mira Hotel Küçükyalı is absolutely exceptional—beautiful even in its original form, but now after the renovation, it's truly outstanding. The ambiance in the relaxation area and the quality of materials and craftsmanship in the bathrooms are top-notch. Breakfast was incredibly varied and satisfying, with something for everyone. The staff were professional, warm-hearted, and always eager to help—genuinely welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. We were completely charmed by the experience. From now on, this hotel will be our go-to place whenever we visit Izmir—it feels like home.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Life Artemis Otel! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to help with anything we needed.
