The hotel is super easy to find, and the lobby has such a unique vibe right from the moment you walk in. The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom layout: there’s no separate shower area, so you have to step in and out of the bathtub to shower, which can make the floor slippery and messy. It would be great if they added a dedicated shower stall. Still, overall, the experience was excellent—the location, comfort, and attention to detail really stand out. Definitely a place I’d recommend and return to.

We stayed at this property back in 2022 and really liked it, so we decided to give it another try in May 2025. The location is still excellent and the room design remains stylish and well thought out—those are definitely strong points. However, the cleanliness wasn’t up to par during our recent visit, and it felt like housekeeping wasn’t as attentive as it should be. Staff weren’t rude, but there was definitely a lack of warmth or engagement—like they were just going through the motions whether guests were around or not. Overall, it was acceptable, but nothing memorable. We’re likely to explore other options next time. One thing that stood out: prices on the platform were noticeably lower than booking directly through the hotel’s website, and the platform even offers perks for repeat guests, while the hotel doesn’t have any loyalty benefits. That’s surprising, especially since many travelers value long-term rewards. It would be great if the hotel could reconsider its pricing and guest retention strategy.
