The only minor issue was staying on the 70th floor—there’s likely a rooftop bar above, and occasionally, I could hear loud creaking sounds from furniture being moved, especially chair legs scraping the floor. A simple fix like adding felt pads or a soft rug might help reduce the noise. Otherwise, this place is nearly flawless!

The staff truly made the difference—special thanks to the front desk team, especially Sony, the bar staff at the Egyptian Bar, the manager, and the restaurant waitstaff. Everyone was warm, professional, and attentive. The ambiance is elegant, the location is convenient, and the value for money is outstanding. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues—and I’m already planning to come back myself.

It's located right next to a train station, where the first train arrives at 3:45 AM with loud horns and whistles that startle you awake. The last train departs at 12:30 AM, meaning constant noise throughout the night. The room itself is outdated, poorly maintained, and lacks basic comfort. The entire experience was extremely disappointing—definitely not worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here for any reason.
