While the lively street below does bring some ambient noise at night, and the door insulation could be slightly better (you can hear neighboring doors opening and closing), it’s a minor trade-off for such a fantastic stay. The highlight? The private balcony in my room and the rooftop lounge, where you can enjoy a cocktail under the stars. With ample outdoor space, this is a dream spot for smokers and cigar enthusiasts looking to unwind in style. Overall, the experience was outstanding—highly recommended for those seeking both comfort and character in Istanbul.

Special thanks to Rose for her meticulous room cleaning, Cihan for his thoughtful tour recommendations, and Rezul for helping with luggage—each made a real difference in making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Breakfast was outstanding: generous portions, fresh ingredients, and a great mix of local Turkish delicacies and continental options. And the rooftop terrace on the 5th floor? Absolutely breathtaking—panoramic views of Hagia Sophia that made every morning magical. With top-tier service, unbeatable location, and excellent value, this hotel truly stands out. Stayed here twice and couldn’t be happier. The room was spacious with a great layout, and the staff went above and beyond—so friendly and helpful. On my second visit, I was upgraded to a better room and treated to a delicious complimentary dessert that actually tasted better than what you’d find at a local shop! The only minor downside is that it’s a bit of a walk from the metro station—about 8 to 10 minutes—but honestly, it’s totally manageable. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and full of charm, with plenty of cafes and local spots nearby. A short ride or a quick taxi gets you anywhere you need to go. Overall, an excellent value and a truly enjoyable stay—I’ll definitely come back.

Located in a prime spot, the hotel is just steps away from both the tram and metro, making it super easy to explore the city without hassle. That said, I noticed the lighting in my room and around the pool area could be improved—it felt a bit dim at times. Also, the Wi-Fi signal in the room was quite weak, which made streaming or video calls a bit frustrating. Still, these minor drawbacks didn’t take away from the overall experience. With its great location, superb amenities, and warm hospitality, this hotel offers incredible value for money. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs—when I asked if we could extend our check-out time by two hours due to my mom’s age and a shuttle scheduled for 5:30 PM, they kindly agreed without hesitation. The location is absolutely unbeatable; it's just a short walk to Osmanbey Metro Station, making it super easy to explore Istanbul on foot or via public transit. Breakfast was generous and varied, offering plenty of options to suit different tastes. Plus, Carrefour is literally right around the corner, so grabbing essentials or snacks is a breeze. Clean rooms, friendly service, and great value—all reasons why I’d definitely stay here again.
