The beach is beautiful with soft sand and clear water, and the view from the rooms is absolutely stunning. This place is definitely family-friendly, so if you're looking for an adults-only resort, this isn't it—but that's part of its charm! The vibe is lively and welcoming, perfect for families with kids. Just be ready to wake up early if you want a good spot on the beach—chairs go fast! Once you claim your space, it’s smart to keep it, because it can be tough to resecure later. The food was incredible—some of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Cancun. From local flavors to international dishes, everything was fresh, flavorful, and served with great care. Overall, an amazing all-inclusive getaway with fantastic value and unforgettable memories.

Excellent as always! The only downside is that they removed Coyote Locos—the one feature that really made this hotel stand out. It was such a unique and fun part of the experience, so losing it is a bit disappointing. Still, everything else about the resort is top-notch: great service, beautiful rooms, amazing food, and an inviting atmosphere. Despite that one change, it’s still a fantastic all-inclusive getaway, and I’d definitely come back.

Location-wise, it’s ideal — right in the heart of the 7th Avenue area, just a short walk from the main bus stop where both R1 and R2 routes pass by, making city access super easy. The front courtyard offers a relaxed vibe, while the back communal area opens up to stunning lagoon views, complete with a pool and a lively bar. Watching the sunset from a lounge chair here was pure bliss. Staff are always present — whether checking in, checking out, or asking questions, there's never a long wait. Rooms are spotless, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom is tucked inside the room with no noisy plumbing. Overall, this place nails the balance between comfort, convenience, and social energy. A top pick for any traveler looking for a vibrant yet relaxing stay.

I’d like to specifically highlight Martin, the bellboy, and Moisés and Fermín from the pool bar—their friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism made a huge difference. They went above and beyond to make my vacation memorable. It’s clear the team takes pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a peaceful, all-inclusive adult-only getaway with great food and warm hospitality, this place is a must-visit.

The property is conveniently located just a short walk from Plaza la Isla, where you’ll find a great variety of restaurants and shops—perfect for dining and shopping without having to travel far. While the ocean had a fair amount of sargassum seaweed during our stay, which made swimming less ideal, the resort offers several well-maintained pools that were clean, inviting, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall ambiance was calm and welcoming. Despite the seaweed issue, the on-site amenities more than make up for it. We’d definitely return for a more beach-friendly season.
