Staying at 60 Balconies Art in Madrid was an absolute delight. The apartment is incredibly well-equipped—complete with a washer, dishwasher, oven, full set of kitchenware, and even a proper espresso machine that makes café-quality coffee. The spacious living area is perfect for relaxing, and the smart TV offers seamless access to Netflix and YouTube, so there's never a dull moment. But the real highlight? The view from the window. Watching the sunset over Madrid’s train station is simply breathtaking—it feels like you're right in the heart of the city’s pulse. Right downstairs on the right side is a tiny gem called 100 Montaditos—a super affordable tapas bar that I’d highly recommend. There are plenty of other great restaurants nearby, and the train station is just steps away. Easy access to everything, unbeatable location, and incredible value. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip to Madrid.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and the location is unbeatable—right next to a Michelin-starred restaurant, just steps from the Four Seasons, and within minutes of Madrid's bustling city center. I was at Puerta del Sol in under 5 minutes, and there are three Carrefour supermarkets nearby (the City one is the biggest). The underground parking made drop-offs and pickups super easy for my driver. Daily housekeeping, dishwasher, washer with dryer—so convenient! The small balcony is perfect for a quiet drink at sunset. There’s a McDonald’s right downstairs, and just a short 6–8 minute walk away are two standout dining options: Chao Tian Men Hotpot and a Korean BBQ buffet that blew me away. Everything is so well-connected and thoughtfully placed. This is more than just a place to stay—it’s a great base for exploring Madrid. I’d definitely come back.

Despite having 7 floors and somewhat old-fashioned elevators, they work perfectly fine and don’t hinder the experience at all. The real highlight is the unbeatable location—situated right between two metro stations (Gran Via and Sevilla), with a bus stop just outside the door. It’s only a 3-minute walk to Primark, and you can reach Plaza Mayor, along with the famous Bear and Strawberry Tree monument, in under 15 minutes on foot. Perfect for exploring Madrid’s city center without needing a car. Great value, excellent convenience, and a top choice for travelers who want both comfort and accessibility.
