One small note: since the front faces a busy street, there’s some ambient noise during peak hours, but it’s not disruptive. What truly stood out was the staff—super friendly and helpful. The weather was ideal—around 16°C at 9 a.m., warming up to a comfortable 25°C by 11 a.m.—perfect for outdoor activity without feeling too hot. The front desk staff were professional and efficient, helping everything run smoothly. And let’s talk about breakfast: served right in the hotel, the buffet offered a wide variety of options. I was pleasantly surprised to find churros and tortilla de patata—both delicious and highly recommended. Great food, great location, great value—all in all, an unforgettable stay.

Despite having 7 floors and somewhat old-fashioned elevators, they work perfectly fine and don’t hinder the experience at all. The real highlight is the unbeatable location—situated right between two metro stations (Gran Via and Sevilla), with a bus stop just outside the door. It’s only a 3-minute walk to Primark, and you can reach Plaza Mayor, along with the famous Bear and Strawberry Tree monument, in under 15 minutes on foot. Perfect for exploring Madrid’s city center without needing a car. Great value, excellent convenience, and a top choice for travelers who want both comfort and accessibility.
