The room came with slippers, powerful air conditioning, and convenient USB and Type-C charging ports right by the bedside—perfect for tech-savvy travelers. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: just under a kilometer from Milan Central Station, a 15-minute walk away, and only three metro stops (about 10 minutes) to the Duomo. You're also steps away from Popomart and Buenos Aires shopping district—great for dining, browsing, and soaking up the city vibe. Breakfast isn’t overly extensive, but it covers all the essentials, and I especially appreciated the option to order fresh omelettes or fried eggs on demand—delicious and made-to-order. What truly stood out though was the service. From check-in to breakfast, staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. When I mentioned my original room had a bed size that didn’t match my needs, they immediately rearranged everything without hesitation. That kind of responsiveness and care made a huge difference. It’s rare to find such professionalism blended with genuine hospitality. This place feels like a hidden gem—well-priced, stylish, and full of heart. Definitely worth a stay if you’re visiting Milan.

Italianway - Piazza Lima 1
We were supposed to receive the door code via email upon check-in, but it never arrived. When I tried to contact Italianway staff, I could barely hear them due to the loud noise in the office. They insisted it had been sent and that we should have it already. After about 15 minutes of back-and-forth, they finally resent it. All this happened while we were standing outside in 34°C heat, waiting with our two heavy suitcases. To make matters worse, we had to carry everything up three flights of stairs to a flat without air conditioning—something that wasn’t mentioned anywhere before booking. As someone who’s lived in Italy for over 20 years (my wife is Italian), I know what to expect when traveling here, but this was still an exhausting experience, especially for us in our mid-seventies. That said, the apartment was clean and located in a very convenient spot—our only positive takeaway.

Staying at Easyhomes Duomo View was a great choice! The location is fantastic—right on the ground floor with an amazing view directly facing the Duomo. Waking up to that iconic cathedral in sight is truly special. The only minor downside is the noise from Piazza del Duomo, but if you're not sensitive to city sounds, it's totally worth it.
