I booked this hotel last-minute during Milan Fashion Week, and honestly, it was the only one left in the city center that fit my budget. I was a bit nervous going in—there are quite a few negative reviews online—but after staying here for a full week, I’d definitely come back if I ever return to Milan. The location is unbeatable: just a 6-minute walk to Duomo, right next to Milan’s most famous shopping street, and a metro station literally 20 meters from the front door. I didn’t rent a car once—I used the subway all week and even managed to pop back for a quick nap in between events. The staff were outstanding. I’ve been stressed about missing invitations during past fashion weeks, but here, the lobby staff handles them personally—they collect them at reception and deliver them straight to your room. They’re on duty 24/7, and even though the front desk hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, they’re always reachable. I arrived around 11 PM and my call was answered immediately. Some guests complain about small bathrooms—true, the shower area isn’t huge, but it’s functional and fits perfectly for a quick wash. I cared more about the bed quality, and it was excellent. There’s a proper desk, iron, and plenty of space in the room overall. As for noise—yes, it’s a city center, so you’ll hear some traffic and distant chatter, especially during the day. But after midnight, it gets quiet fast. Italian shops close early, and the streets settle down quickly. If you’re sensitive to sound, earplugs work like magic. Overall, this place delivers everything I need for a stress-free business trip—great value, super convenient, and genuinely welcoming.

While it’s a short walk from Milan Central Station, the journey itself feels pleasant and relaxing. Along the way, I stumbled upon a local supermarket offering great prices, and following the path toward Unipol Building leads you to a quiet, charming area perfect for a leisurely stroll. Everything about this stay felt seamless and well thought out—ideal for travelers who appreciate both comfort and character.
