The hotel itself is small but spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, especially Simone, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We also appreciated the affordable airport shuttle service at just €5—great value and a real convenience for travelers arriving late or leaving early. Overall, this is a perfect choice if you're looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service without the hassle.

While breakfast wasn’t served in a hotel buffet, it was offered at a nearby local spot, which turned out to be surprisingly good. We were supposed to receive the door code via email upon check-in, but it never arrived. When I tried to contact Italianway staff, I could barely hear them due to the loud noise in the office. They insisted it had been sent and that we should have it already. After about 15 minutes of back-and-forth, they finally resent it. All this happened while we were standing outside in 34°C heat, waiting with our two heavy suitcases. To make matters worse, we had to carry everything up three flights of stairs to a flat without air conditioning—something that wasn’t mentioned anywhere before booking. As someone who’s lived in Italy for over 20 years (my wife is Italian), I know what to expect when traveling here, but this was still an exhausting experience, especially for us in our mid-seventies. That said, the apartment was clean and located in a very convenient spot—our only positive takeaway.
