USC Hotel
Staying at USC Hotel was an absolute highlight of my trip. The room was spacious and well-designed, offering plenty of comfort and a nice open feel. The only minor note is that the air conditioning unit felt a bit old, but it still worked efficiently and didn’t affect the overall experience. What really stands out is the location—right next to a main entrance of the University of Southern California. Walking to campus takes just a few minutes, which is perfect for students or anyone attending events on-site. It’s incredibly convenient and saves so much time. I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Los Angeles, especially those connected to USC. A fantastic stay with great value.

First day in LA, and staying at this InterContinental was an absolute surprise! I was assigned to the 61st floor with a stunning city view—so much better than expected. The location is perfect: walking distance to convenience stores and fast food spots, and public transit is just around the corner. Sadly, my tight schedule meant I didn’t get to enjoy the pool, but the amenities throughout the hotel are top-notch. What really stood out was the value for money—this price for a high-floor room with such great views? Definitely worth it. A small downside: the lobby is on the 70th floor, so you have to take the elevator up there first, then go down to your room—slightly inconvenient. Also, valet parking comes with an extra fee of about $80 per night, which pushes the total cost close to $250 for the room alone. Still, despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience was fantastic. I’d absolutely stay here again.
