The hotel management is excellent, and the staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help without being intrusive. The rooftop bathhouse is clean, spacious, and relaxing—a real highlight. However, I did notice one guest using her phone while soaking in the bath, which made some of us feel uneasy since phones have cameras and recording capabilities. Thankfully, after a gentle reminder, she put her phone away. To prevent future concerns, I’d suggest posting clear signage or reminding guests about the no-electronics rule in the bath area. It would go a long way in preserving privacy and enhancing the overall atmosphere. Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional comfort, service, and convenience—highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
