Staying at Dandy Hotel (Daan Park) was an absolute delight. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable—everything you’d want for a relaxing getaway. The staff went above and beyond with their warm, genuine service—always smiling, helpful, and making you feel right at home. Located just steps away from the vibrant Yongkang Street, I enjoyed wandering through the lively neighborhood, sampling delicious local snacks and browsing unique boutiques and handmade crafts. With easy access to public transit and a great mix of convenience and charm, this hotel offers unbeatable value. I’ll definitely be back.
Roaders Hotel Zhonghua
I only stayed for one night, but it was absolutely fantastic! The lounge area offers a great selection of food and drinks—perfect for relaxing or grabbing a snack anytime. The hotel is super convenient, just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to explore Taipei. I arrived late at night, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful despite the hour. Their warm hospitality made a big difference. I’d definitely come back again—great value and an excellent stay overall.

I couldn't be happier with my stay at City Inn Hotel (Taipei Station Branch I). The staff were incredibly courteous and spoke both English and Japanese fluently—truly impressive. Even when we arrived late from customs, they kindly asked if we were having trouble finding our driver, which showed genuine care. Located just steps from Taipei Station, the hotel offers unbeatable convenience for exploring the city. Clean, well-maintained rooms, excellent service, and a warm atmosphere make this a top choice. I’ll definitely return next time I visit Taipei—highly recommend!
Jiamei Hotel Taipei
Staying at Jiamei Hotel Taipei was an absolute delight. The location is unbeatable—just a short 10-minute walk from Hua Shan Creative Park, right near Exit 6 of Shan Dao Temple MRT station. Everything you need is within reach: convenient supermarkets, a variety of restaurants, and plenty of local charm. The hotel itself is spotless and well-maintained, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were warm and helpful throughout our stay, going the extra mile to ensure we felt welcome. Cleanliness, convenience, and hospitality all hit the mark. This place offers incredible value and definitely deserves a 10 out of 10. I’d happily come back again.
The Corner House
From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff greeted us warmly and even stepped outside to help carry our luggage—what a great welcome! While some team members, especially kitchen staff, don’t speak much English, everyone was friendly and accommodating. The room exceeded my expectations in size and comfort, with excellent air conditioning and a very relaxing atmosphere. It came with a microwave, cozy sofa, and two large TVs—one placed directly across from the bed and another near the seating area. The all-in-one toilet is truly high-tech, with multiple bidet settings controlled by buttons—very convenient and fun to use. Breakfast was mainly Chinese-style, featuring a wide variety of authentic local dishes that were delicious and well-prepared. That said, there could’ve been more options for Western guests—no continental or farm breakfast offered—but still, the selection was generous and included a few unique Taiwanese specialties worth trying. The fitness area is modest but functional: it has a pool table, table football, and basic equipment including a multi-station machine, treadmill, and light dumbbells. Not a full gym, but perfect for a quick workout. Location-wise, it’s just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and daily essentials—super convenient. Overall, this place offers excellent value, top-notch service, and a comfortable stay. I’d definitely come back.
Finders Hotel-Fu Qian
Perfect for a family of three! The room is spacious with a large bed made from two single beds pushed together—our little one had plenty of room to play, and we could easily fit a stroller and baby crib without feeling cramped. The location is unbeatable—just a 10-minute walk to Ximending and only 5 minutes to the train station. Public transit access is super convenient, and everything in the city is within easy reach. While there’s no on-site parking, nearby lots are very accessible, though some only accept credit cards (and even offer bank card perks—great for travelers). The dining options aren’t extensive, but they’re satisfying and filling. If you need something quick, the front desk has 24-hour snacks like instant noodles, cookies, and drinks—very handy late-night cravings. The bathroom is a real highlight: spacious with a well-designed wet/dry separation, including a shower attachment in the bathtub. We never had to wait—my family could all freshen up at the same time, which was such a relief after a long day. One small downside? The sink is quite small, so washing your face tends to splash water everywhere. There was also a temporary clog in the drain, but my husband, who works with plumbing, just poked it out with a paperclip—problem solved! Overall, this hotel offers excellent value and comfort. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Taipei.

This was my first time staying at a hostel, and I chose the single room—completely exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease, not rushing at all during check-in. The room is small but thoughtfully designed with a Japanese-style aesthetic—compact yet fully equipped with a fridge, mirror, window, and super soft bedding that made for excellent sleep throughout my three-night stay. I even forgot to wake up once (my smartwatch didn’t record any waking moments!). The female-only floor was quiet and peaceful—only a minor snoring issue the first night kept me from total silence. The shared bathrooms were spotless, featuring smart toilets and powerful hairdryers. Best of all, the location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Ximending, with Liu Dongshan Beef Noodle just steps from the lobby. Everything I needed—from dining to shopping—was literally right outside my door. Overall, this experience was outstanding, and I’ll definitely be back if I ever visit Taipei again.
Hotel Relax V
This is my second stay at this hotel, and I booked a single room again—just like last time, the service and cleanliness were top-notch. Before check-in, I had ordered some local snacks online, and the staff already knew they’d arrived! They kindly brought them up to my room right away. Even better, I was able to order the famous Fuhang soy milk from Taiwan, which was delivered straight to my room for breakfast. No need to go out—perfect for a lazy morning. The location is fantastic too; it’s just a short walk or quick subway ride to the station. Super convenient, clean, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back.

The Golden Garden Hotel is incredibly convenient—just a 10-minute walk from the MRT station, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. We were heading to Wulai the day before our check-in and didn’t want to carry our suitcases around. After a quick chat with the hotel staff, they kindly allowed us to store our luggage in advance—such a thoughtful gesture! It made our trip so much more convenient, especially since we could explore Wulai light and free without the hassle of dragging bags. The location near Taipei Main Station is also super handy for public transport. The team at Via Hotel Taipei Station was friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. This level of personalized service really sets them apart. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taipei.
109 Inn Taipei
Staying at 109 Inn Taipei for just two nights was an absolute delight. The location is unbeatable—walking distance to subway lines and surrounded by great food spots and local attractions. The room itself is incredibly well-equipped: a washing machine within two minutes, clean bathroom with strong hot water, large comfortable bed with excellent airflow, plus air purifier and humidifier—perfect for those dry or chilly days. Everything you’d expect is here: towels, toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste), complimentary paper cups, tissues, safety deposit box, and even travel adapters available for rent. The staff were outstanding—especially the friendly female attendant who gave us detailed recommendations on nearby restaurants and hidden gems. We followed her advice completely and never had a bad meal or disappointing experience. She made the stay feel personal and warm. There’s also hand soap in the bathroom (a small but meaningful touch many hotels overlook). The elevator is convenient, and having two pillow options was thoughtful. One tip: bring your own slippers since they don’t provide them. Overall, this place offers top-tier value, cleanliness, and hospitality. I’d happily return and would recommend it to anyone visiting Taipei.
